Tiger - ADOPTED

Tiger is a tiny little guy. He is one of Magic's brothers so he is also 9 weeks old. But as the runt of his litter, he is much smaller than his brothers. Right now he only weighs 1lb 8oz so he has a way to go before he can be adopted. He is easily intimidated by the larger kittens and prefers to be carried around like one of those little purse dogs. He also has some litter box issues, but more than likely they are due to his small size. He needs to get bigger and gain some more confidence before he could be adopted out. I will update this as he gets larger. But for now, how could anyone resist this cute little guy?

Magic - ADOPTED

Magic is 9 weeks old. He is a short haired black and white male kitten. He loves to play and jump and run around the house. He is affectionate and active. He loves to play with other cats and kids. Magic's forever owner needs to be someone who is committed to keeping a really clean litter box because he will go outside the box if it is dirty. But keeping the litter box clean is a small price to pay for this fun loving guy.

Darcy

Darcy is my little girl. But don't let her small size fool you. Darcy is a feisty little girl. She is Julius' sister. She also had to learn to trust people. When she first came to me at 5 weeks of age, she was only 15 oz. It has taken a while, but she is finally at 2lbs. She is still very tiny though. Because of this she is a little skittish at times. She does not like being picked up or carried. That does not mean that she is not friendly and affectionate. It is quite the opposite in fact. She likes to come over and sit on your leg and be petted. She has quite the purr for such a small girl. I am sure that she will continue to get more confident as she continues to grow.

Julius - ADOPTED!

Julius is about 7 weeks old and male. He and his sister were found outside when they were about 5 weeks old. He came to my house to learn to be social with people. He has really come out of his shell since he arrived. He is good with our other kittens and children. Julius is affectionate and likes to be held and petted, but on his own terms. He is the type of cat that wants to come to you when he wants affection and to be left alone when he does not.

Arista - ADOPTED

Arista is a very sweet little girl. She wants nothing more than to sit on your lap and snuggle with you all the time. She does like the run and play with cat toys, but prefers it if you are playing with her. She is good with other cats and children. If you are looking for the ultimate lap kitten, she is the one for you.

Note: Arista will only eat Friskies chicken and gray wet food.

It took us a while to figure this out when she first came to us. She refused to eat what the other foster kittens eat and lost a lot of weight. Now that we have figured out the problem, she is gaining the weight back and doing fine. Most cats will eat anything if they get hungry rather than lose wieght and get sick. We now know that Arista is not one of those cats so her forever family will have to be one that is willing to give her the food she likes to eat.

Muffin - Finally ADOPTED!

Muffin is a 2 year old female cat. She was in foster with me while she raised her two kittens. She is the mother of Doyle and Domino. Her children have both already been adopted. She is now waiting at the shelter for her forever home.

She is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves attention and being petted. She is fine with cats and children. I do not know how she would do with a dog.

Griffin - ADOPTED

Griffin is about 10 weeks old. He is a male domestic short haired cat. His coat is gray and white. He was found in an abandoned church and was partly feral when he came to me. Because of this he does not really like other cats. He is OK with kids but would need to be the only cat in your household.

His fear of people is totally gone. In fact, he is very affectionate. His favorite thing is to be hugged and held and petted. He is very persistent when he wants you attention. If you are looking for a guy that loves to be with you and wants you all to himself, this is the one.
